First 20 Schools Offer
AptTech will provide free onboarding and first-term access on Custom plan to the first 20 eligible schools that join for the first term of the 2026/2027 academic session.
Regular termly pricing will begin after the promotional first term. Any optional custom work outside the selected plan should be agreed upon separately.
Pricing Questions
Can we change plans?
Yes. A school can move to a more suitable plan when its student population or reporting requirements change.
Is payment monthly?
No. AptTech SchoolReport plans are charged per academic term.
Does every teacher pay separately?
No. Pricing applies to the school’s selected plan, subject to its included limits and features.
What happens after the free introductory term?
The school chooses an appropriate paid plan to continue using the service.
What are the Custom plan limits?
Custom supports up to 1,000 students. Behaviour and psychomotor assessments are limited to the fields available in the selected report-card template.
Which plans include the Financial Dashboard?
The Financial Dashboard is available on the Standard and Custom plans.
Who can access the school’s financial information?
Only authorized user given the appropriate financial permission by the school administrator have access.
Does AptTech collect school-fee payments directly?
No. It only records payments. The dashboard currently helps schools record and monitor payments received through their existing payment methods.
